A Healthy Juice

1 Orange (Vitamin C, potassium, antioxidants ; boosts immune system, protects from cold,flu, lower cholestrol, blood pressure)
1 Apple
(antioxidants, variety of essential nutrients and vitamins ; Improve brain function, promote weight loss)
1 Carrot
(Vitamin A, B complex. Its mineral content is equally rich, and includes calcium, copper, magnesium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, chlorine, sulfur, and iron; Strengthen eyes, good for bones and teeth, soft and smooth skin)
1 Celery stick
(Basic minerals and essential oils; Improve sexual system, cure constipation, menstrual problems, fight stone formation)
1 Inch Fresh Ginger
(natural spice; fight nausea, digestive problems, circulation and arthritis, minimise the symptoms of respiratory conditions, colds and allergies.)

Wash the above and remove the peel from the orange. Extract the juices using a juicer. Stir it well and Drink it fresh. Its very beneficial to drink it in the evening before or after a light dinner.

The Peppery-ness of Celery is transformed by Ginger and hence you get all the benefits of celery without the harsh taste.
